Was desperate to lose weight so I agreed even though the price was very expensive I should have read the cons regarding this program I was so sick that the first three days I couldn't eat a thing then no matter what I tried I couldn't use the bathroom the staff was very nice but I would not recommend I lost a few pounds but gained back all my weight
